Stuart qualified in 1990 and immediatey started his career in dental implantology within the maxillofacial units of The Ulster Hospital (Belfast) and St Thomas' Hospital (London). He has spent 10 years as a Royal College Examiner, in the MFGDP and MJDF examinations. 7 of these years were spent as a Chief Examiner.
Stuart is the Clinical Director of Cavendish House Implant Centre, the location for the Theory Study Days.
Outside of clinic Stuart acts as an Expert Witness and has now worked on over 300 cases. He has also acted as an expert advisor to the GDC's Professional Conduct Committee.
Stuart has been placing dental implants for over 20 years and has lectured widely on the subject.
Stuart has used his long experience as a Royal College of Surgeons Examiner to create this competency assessed 'certificate' training program so that it faithfully follows the GDC's current requirements for training in dental implantology.
